We offer to shape the look and feel of our complete software suit. We are looking for someone who is eager to redefine standards in the HotelTech industry and take our UI design to the next level. We aim to build the best looking and easiest to use software application in the industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You own the user experience of our SabeeApp Software Suit (cloud based web application and 3 mobile apps).
You do user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
You analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
You create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
You design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
You work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to identify UX challenges and deliver solutions.
You continuously analyze the performance of our user interfaces and do UI layout optimization where it is needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3 years in digital product design, UX/UI design, or a related role.
Proven experience in designing for web and mobile applications.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
You have great skills of time management and prioritization in an ambiguous environment
You have passion towards the hospitality industry
Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion to create customer value
Good spoken and written skills in English.
Having an experience working on a SaaS product is a plus
Having a good understanding of agile software development methodologies is a plus
