Main responsibilities


  • Filter inbound leads and conduct initial client calls 

  • Collect and organize client information before handing over to Account Managers

  • Distribute customers among Account Managers based on their needs and expertise

  • Assist in addressing minor client issues or concerns⁠

  • Monitor client accounts for new add-on activations or changes in usage patterns

  • Maintain and update the Hubspot CRM system with accurate client information



Skills and Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
