Main responsibilities
Filter inbound leads and conduct initial client calls
Collect and organize client information before handing over to Account Managers
Distribute customers among Account Managers based on their needs and expertise
Assist in addressing minor client issues or concerns
Monitor client accounts for new add-on activations or changes in usage patterns
Maintain and update the Hubspot CRM system with accurate client information
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively with internal teams
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
