Customer Interviews & Testimonial Videos:
Organise customer interviews and create video content that showcases real-world use cases, customer success, and the overall impact of SabeeApp's solutions.
Partnership & Event Content:
Develop content for partnerships, webinars, and industry events. Support the marketing and partnership teams by creating relevant materials for announcements, collaborations, and videos.
Market Trends & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitor products, and industry innovations. Use these insights to inform product marketing strategies and position SabeeApp as a leader in the hospitality tech industry.
Customer & Competitor Insights:
Analyse customer behaviour, needs, and pain points through surveys, interviews, and data analytics. Conduct competitor research to understand the positioning and features of rival solutions, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
Market Segmentation & Targeting:
Identify and segment key market demographics, helping to refine and target marketing efforts. Use research to define customer personas and tailor messaging for specific industry segments.

Webinars & Educational Content:
Assist the Knowledge Team in coordinating webinars by scripting videos and tips that highlight key features. Set up communication and platforms for successful webinar execution.
Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
Strong understanding of product marketing strategies, customer journeys, and feature adoption processes.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer support teams.
