SabeeApp is a fast-growing SaaS startup providing hotel management software to accommodation providers across Europe and beyond.
As a Remote Account Manager, you will support and manage a portfolio of Lithuanian and international clients primarily through online channels (calls, email, and video meetings).
This is an entry-level, client-facing role focused on day-to-day client assistance in a SaaS environment. You will be the main point of contact for your clients and support the full client lifecycle, from lead conversion through onboarding to long-term retention.
We are looking for someone who enjoys stability, structured work, and taking ownership of client relationships, and who is comfortable working independently in a remote, high-context setup.

Role overview
As a Remote Account Manager, you will manage and support a portfolio of Lithuanian and international clients primarily through online channels (calls, email and video meetings).

You will be the main point of contact for your clients, responsible for relationship quality, issue resolution, and day-to-day account health, while confidently setting boundaries. You will support the full client lifecycle, from lead conversion through onboarding to long-term retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Client relationship & communication - Own and maintain long-term client relationships remotely via phone, email, messaging tools, and online meetings. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, and support lead conversion by understanding client needs and clearly presenting relevant solutions.
  • Account ownership & coordination - Understand each client’s business goals and operational context. Ensure smooth day-to-day account operation and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional products or services. Communicate account status, risks, and updates internally.
  • Product & support focus - Maintain a strong understanding of SabeeApp’s product offering. Provide product education and guidance tailored to client needs. Support clients in using the product effectively.
  • Remote work & self-management - Work independently with minimal daily supervision. Manage priorities across multiple platforms and be disciplined in administration (Slack, Hubspot, calls, meetings). Participate in occasional client visits (within Lithuania). Visit HQ approximately twice per year (financially supported by the company).


Requirements
  • Native-level Lithuanian, and professional English and Professional Polish languages 
  • Experience in a hotel-industry-related role (operations, front desk, reservations, revenue, PMS, etc.)
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills. Focused and structured while managing day-to-day tasks.
  • High emotional intelligence: empathy, conflict handling, client calming
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across remote channels
  • Comfortable with routine, as well as working alone and remotely for extended periods
  • Ability to set boundaries with clients and prioritise with internal teams.
  • Basic commercial mindset: able to support lead conversion without aggressive sales pressure.
  • B category drivers licence
