YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You own and shape the future of a key product domain in our B2B SaaS product.
You do user research and product discovery in order to bring clarity and identify customer problems to solve.
You work closely with the engineering team: convert insights into initiatives, epics, and user stories with a clear focus on creating business impact.
You continuously validate your progress: setup metrics to measure valuable outcomes and decide which features create the most impact for our customers.
You manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and create transparency about current and upcoming releases.
You will work closely our Customer Education, Marketing and Account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1-2 years proven track record in product management or project management. You don’t need to be a black-belt PM but know how to work with development teams and other stakeholders
Having an experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
You have passion towards the hospitality industry
You have good understanding of agile software development methodologies
You have great skills of time management and prioritization in an ambiguous environment
Hands on experience in product discovery and customer research is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion to create customer value
Good spoken and written skills in Hungarian and English
