Top responsibilities:

  • Give a presentation about our software and solutions to potential clients

  • Guide clients in learning how to use SabeeApp, by holding live trainings

  • Assist and support our customers in the use of SabeeApp via phone/email

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals and ambitions

  • Monitor and evaluate the training process

  • Regular client interviews, online meeting calls whenever its possible and appropriate

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients

  • Assist and support our customers in the use of SabeeApp

  • Share tips and tricks with customers which helps them to improve their business

  • Feed back client feedbacks and report them to your manager


Requirements: 

  • Spoken languages: native Hungarian and professional English  (an additional spoken language is an advantage)

  • Experience in any Hotel Industry related position is a must

  • Enthusiasm for working with people

  • High-level problem-solving skills, empathy

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Accuracy, also while working under pressure

  • Team player but able to work on his/her own


Advantages: 

  • Prior knowledge of any hotel management software or channel manager is an advantage 

  • Experience in Account Management or Customer Service related positions

  • Having technical skills is an advantage
