Top responsibilities:
Give a presentation about our software and solutions to potential clients
Guide clients in learning how to use SabeeApp, by holding live trainings
Assist and support our customers in the use of SabeeApp via phone/email
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals and ambitions
Monitor and evaluate the training process
Regular client interviews, online meeting calls whenever its possible and appropriate
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
Assist and support our customers in the use of SabeeApp
Share tips and tricks with customers which helps them to improve their business
Feed back client feedbacks and report them to your manager
Requirements:
Spoken languages: native Hungarian and professional English (an additional spoken language is an advantage)
Experience in any Hotel Industry related position is a must
Enthusiasm for working with people
High-level problem-solving skills, empathy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Accuracy, also while working under pressure
Team player but able to work on his/her own
Advantages:
Prior knowledge of any hotel management software or channel manager is an advantage
Experience in Account Management or Customer Service related positions
Having technical skills is an advantage
