Top responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships clients via phone/email/instant messaging platforms or online meeting platforms
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Understand clients' business goals and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional products or services.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through communication and problem resolution
Communicate account status, progress, and updates to internal teams and management.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
Provide product education to clients and recommend solutions that best fit their needs.
Requirements:
Spoken languages: professional Turkish and English (an additional spoken language is an advantage)
Experience in hotel industry Customer Service related position is a must
Enthusiasm for working with people
High-level problem-solving skills, empathy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Accuracy, also while working under pressure
Team player but able to work on his/her own
Advantages for Success:
Prior knowledge of any hotel management software, OTA and channel manager
Hotel Management studies or professional experience in the hospitality industry in Hungary or abroad is a preference
Technical interest is an advantage (MAC OS, CRM software knowledge )
